Touch! product family consists of three different service levels: Basic, Plus and Full.

Basic service includes our new Management Console that utilizes state of the art multi-touch technology. The Management console enables you to easily monitor your IT-environment, see your IT-related documentation, software, operating systems, security information and much more.

Plus service adds our 24/7 infrastructure maintenance. This means that our Touch! service makes sure that your IT-infrastucture is always up to date, e.g. Microsoft security updates are installed automatically. Touch! Plus also includes the monitoring of desired server side processes.

Full service includes also unlimited telephone support and Help Desk for your end users. You can also monitor, create and comment support request real time.
